Does it matter which ear I put the device in?
Not at all! The TouchEase™ is designed with a universal fit. Both devices are identical in shape, so you can pick either one and place it in either ear for a perfect, comfortable fit every time.
How do I switch between the 3 listening modes?
The device uses sensitive touch controls. A simple tap allows you to cycle through the modes (Standard, Conversation, and Outdoor) to find the one that best matches your current environment.
Why is there a 15-second delay when I turn it on?
We call this "Comfort Start." It gives you 15 seconds to properly fit the device in your ear before the sound activates. This prevents the loud whistling (feedback) that can happen if the device is turned on while being held.
How long will the battery last on a long trip?
On a single charge, you get about 30–35 hours of continuous use. Since the charging case can recharge the devices 4–5 times, you can go several days without needing a wall outlet.
What is the "Anti-Loss Cord" for?
While the devices are designed to fit securely, we've included an optional cord that connects the two units. This is perfect for when you're commuting, exercising, or traveling and want that extra peace of mind.
