30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your hearing aids within 30 days of delivery for a refund if:

  • You’re not satisfied with the sound quality
  • They don’t feel comfortable
  • They don’t meet your expectations
  • You decide hearing aids aren’t right for you

No hard feelings. No pressure. No restocking fees.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in good working condition
  • All items must be included (hearing aids, charging case, accessories, packaging)
  • You must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) before shipping

Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened ear domes or ear tips
  • Used cleaning tools or wax guards
  • Opened replacement parts

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will of course make it right.


How to Start a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us

Please include your order number.

We’ll respond within 24 hours with your RMA number and return instructions.


Step 2 – Ship Your Return

  • Pack all items securely in original packaging
  • Write your RMA number clearly on the box
  • Use a trackable shipping method

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If you’re returning because you changed your mind → You cover return shipping
  • If the item is defective or incorrect → We provide a prepaid label

We are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.


Refund Process

Once your return is received:

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (depending on your bank)

What’s Refunded?

✅ Original shipping (if item was defective)

Not Refunded

❌ Return shipping (unless defective)
❌ Expedited shipping upgrades

We do not charge restocking fees.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different model:

  1. Return your current order for a refund
  2. Place a new order for your preferred model

This ensures faster processing and availability.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days:

Please include photos and your order number.

We will offer:

  • Free replacement
    or
  • Full refund with prepaid return shipping

You will not be charged for our mistake.


Order Cancellations

If your order has not shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund.

Once shipped, you’ll need to follow the standard 30-day return process.


International Returns

International customers are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping
  • Customs fees may apply
  • Processing may take slightly longer

We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Merchandise.”


When Returns May Be Refused

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • Returned after 30 days
  • Missing accessories
  • Showing misuse or intentional damage
  • No RMA obtained
