At HearClearLife, we want you to receive your hearing aids quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery methods:
Delivery time: processing time + shipping time

Processing time:
Goods are in stock and are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Our estimated delivery date depends on a variety of factors, including the destination address, the shipping option you choose, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your item for shipping. You can calculate the estimated delivery time by calculating the processing time of the order and adding the delivery time according to the shipping method you choose.

For example, if you purchase a product, processing and shipping will take 48 hours (excluding holidays), and the estimated delivery time is 9-12 business days, depending on your country. Please see the delivery schedule below for different countries (excluding blizzard and typhoon weather).

We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Remember that holidays do not count as business days and should be taken into account when calculating shipping times.

Sometimes, unexpected delays are caused by overhauling inventory issues, especially during periods of high production.

For products that do not exceed $199, we have set up a corresponding plan, and after settlement, you will pay the corresponding shipping fee according to your region (please note: the shipping fee is different for each region).

Track Shipping:
All orders are tracked for shipment. Your tracking code will appear on your order shipping email.

How do I change my shipping address?

Once you find that your shipping address is wrong, please contact our customer service email support@hearclearlife.com immediately

We will help to change your shipping address before shipping. Please note that we cannot change the address after the item has been dispatched.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier:
• We will file an insurance claim
• Once approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost OR issue a full refund

This process typically takes 7-10 business days.

 

Shipping Restrictions
We Cannot Ship To:
✗ P.O. Boxes (signature required for orders over $300)
✗ APO/FPO/DPO addresses (military bases—contact us for alternatives)
✗ Countries under international trade restrictions or sanctions
✗ Freight forwarding services (packages may be rejected)

Order Tracking

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation (check spam/junk folders)
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, OR
  3. Log into your account at hearclearlife.com/account
  4. Copy your tracking number and visit the carrier's website

Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear after your shipment confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

Package Marked "Delivered" But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, garage, back door)
  2. Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted it
  3. Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email
  4. Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" prematurely
  5. Contact us within 48 hours at support@hearclearlife.com

We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier:
• We will file an insurance claim

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:
• DO NOT refuse delivery
• Accept the package and take photos of the damage (box and contents)
• Contact us immediately at support@hearclearlife.com with photos
• We'll send a replacement or issue a refund


Incorrect or Missing Items


If we sent you the wrong product or your order is incomplete:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• We'll send the correct/missing items at no charge
• We'll provide a prepaid return label for wrong items


Address Changes


Before Shipment
Contact us immediately at support@hearclearlife.com If we haven't shipped yet, we can update your address.


After Shipment
Once the carrier has the package, we cannot change the address. You must:
• Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
• Request an address correction or package hold for pickup
