Warranty Policy
1-Year Limited Warranty
hearclearlife warrants all OTC hearing aids and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the hearing aid unit
- Component failures under normal use conditions (microphone, speaker, digital processing chip)
- Charging case defects (LED display, charging contacts, battery capacity failure)
- Accessories included in the original package (ear tips, cables, cleaning tools) — within 90 days of purchase
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, or mishandling
- Water or moisture damage on non-waterproof models
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
- Normal wear and tear (ear tips, wax guards, surface scratches)
- Loss or theft of the device
- Damage caused by use outside the intended purpose
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team at support@hearclearlife.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement unit or repair at no charge. If the exact model is unavailable, we will offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.
- You may be asked to return the defective unit. Return shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by hearclearlife.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. hearclearlife's liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
